Salina Solomon is a songwriter from the greater New York area. Her love of music began at the age of six, when she picked up the cello; followed by, several other instruments. By age twelve, Salina was composing songs with the guitar. She attended the Long Island High School for the Arts in Syosset, New York majoring in classical voice and a concentration in composition. During this time, she was a part of the New York All State Chorus in 2007 and 2008. Salina furthered her education at the conservatory of music at SUNY Purchase. She graduated in 2012 and has a Bachelor's degree in Studio Composition. As of now, Salina has written over 200 songs with catchy melodies, and inspirational lyrics. She has been meticulously working on a full length album for the last two years, and plans to release it in the upcoming months. (She is also one of the PR people for CDs for Sandy :) )
